At Sports Academy, we are committed to your peak performance and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all athletic gear and apparel. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or one of our retail storefronts.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
